Online Payment Security
CANESTREET uses a secure Payment Gateway for online credit card transactions (Stripe). All online credit card transactions are secured with 128 Bit SSL Certificate encryption. Your complete credit card number cannot be viewed by CANESTREET or any outside party.
Refund Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for a valid reason, you may initiate a refund within 1 week (7) days of the purchase date. Refunds are generally not allowed after services have transpired unless at the discretion of CANESTREET.

Refund Process
After inspection, CANESTREET will process the refund. Please allow at least five (5) days from the receipt of your purchase to process the refund. Refunds may take up to 14 days to appear on your credit card statement. You will be notified by email when your refund has been processed.
General
No agency, partnership, joint venture, employee-employer relationship, etc., is intended or created by this Agreement. Users acknowledge that they have all the necessary permits to grant us User’s personal data to fulfill this Agreement. If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck, and the remaining provisions shall be enforced. In our sole discretion, we may assign this Agreement upon notice to you. Headings are for reference purposes only and do not limit the scope or extent of such sections. Our failure to act with respect to a breach by you or others does not waive our right to act with respect to subsequent or similar breaches. We do not guarantee that we will take action against all breaches of this Agreement.
